Isaiah Simpkins
Isaiah is a Fellow of the ReNew Democracy Foundation placed in the office of Representative Lou Correa (CA-46). He is deeply passionate about service, people, and innovation.
Isaiah is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, the largest HBCU in the nation. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He has held numerous leadership positions at his alma mater, such as Student Government Association Senator and Chairman of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Through these positions, Isaiah has advocated for policies to enhance UNC school system campus safety, create and implement solutions that enhance student success, and raise money for projects and charities. During college, Isaiah worked at Apple as an Expert Sales Associate, where he mentored the sales team and piloted the release of the Apple Vision Pro.
Raised by a single father in West Palm Beach, Florida, he witnessed a man who worked multiple jobs for the survival of his family. His upbringing instilled in him the values of hard work and perseverance. He ties his motivation to his family who raised him, and the communities that made him.
